it is time for intervention. Your .url habits are completely out of control. Logging on once a day is normal, logging on thousands of times in any given 24 hour period is just plain wrong. If you don't believe it, take a minute to answer the following questions:

-Is www.cincydigs.com hidden in many different "favorite" folders for fear of losing
